Room was good. Staff was unprepared for number of guests arriving all at once. Only one counter person at time of arrival who thought it more important to answer the phone than check people in. 2nd individual in office offered no help.

Beds were very comfortable. Overall, it was a quick/short day but good. Water is in the room on arrival would've been a nice touch. We didn't get in till midnight and we're gone by 7:30 AM.

This is an old motel that has been fully modernized. The rooms are like any full service Hilton Hotel, indescribable from the premium product in my opinion. The free shuttle to the airport was handy, exactly what I needed, I wished I’d brought some tip money for the driver

The weather in Toronto was bad and I was not able to make it. I’m disappointed that they would not refund me due to the weather conditions. It was not a good day to travel. I advised them I would not make it and the only response I received was “if someone comes and needs your room, we will refund you”. Is that a way to run a business? Won’t be ever booking a room there again
