Luxury accommodations in Toronto Old Town

Clean room, somewhat run down. Definitely needs upgrades. No way to cool down tbe rooms as the hotel had air conditioning tuened off for the whole building. Super hot in the room unless we opened the window. Then once window opened, we couldnt hear tv as it was so noisy outside. Didnt eat breakfast there as way too expensive for breakfast. Very convenient to a lot of things which is nice. Staff was very friendly. Online states there is a bunny petting zoo which they domt have anymore. Kids pool was gine but they shut down the slide for maintenence when we were there.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. He hotel is clean and had a nice atmosphere. Juned in the bistro was really friendly and always attentive. The location is great, we couldn't fault the hotel. Thank you.

Dirty. Smelly. Do not recommend.
