PARKING: There are 2 street-specific parking passes in the casita on the TV stand in the living room for use during your stay. Please place it on the dash or hang it from the rearview mirror of your car, and ensure that you are parked on 1st Ave to avoid parking tickets. PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

Another great stay!

Happy to have stayed here again, this time with my mother and teen son, to visit my oldest in college. 3 blocks from my son’s dorm, close to restaurants. Easy street parking. Easy check in/out. Communication with hosts excellent. I’m already booked again for my next visit. Love this place!
