Tv remote died. Had to go get new batteries. Room service ok but showed up with food with no utensils or napkins. Again..back to the front desk. Coffee machine in the room would not work. Other Comfort Inns much better.

staff was courteous, however, room was not cleaned throughout out stay despite 0ur asking for it to be cleaned.l Breakfast was mediocre. Room was small and furniture was uncomfortable wooden chairs. I will not stay at Comfort Inns in the future.

We checked in late night and everything was closed and was unable to check in for 15 minutes after a 9 hour drive. Front desk clerk said she was in the back office and did not see us waiting out front and as it was it was a bad area to begin with and thought for 15 minutes what do we do. Im not from Arizona and was not familiar with these areas . I never received an apology or not having access to hotel.the food was poor quality. I have stayed with confort inn before and this is the first time i was disappointed.
