I was looking for a place to stay in the Sam Hughes neighborhood and this one fit the bill perfectly. Great location, clean bright house and beautiful outdoor space.
Absolutely charming. Everything we needed was walking distance. The host was accessible and checked in with us, but unobtrusive--we had everything we needed, including a real coffeemaker! The historic neighborhood was a perfect backdrop to our visit. A great place to touchdown and feel at home. Thank you!
Stayed here for parents weekend at U of A. Very charming historic home. Clean, great AC, great plumbing. Perfect combination of old and new. Friendly and proactive host. Easy check in and check out. Loved that there weren't a bunch of cameras everywhere. Really great experience.
We absolutely loved this house and our stay for a week in March ‘25. We could walk to the Tucson Festival of Books, and enjoyed the house and garden very much. Zachary has lovely taste — the house has lots of graceful historic touches and is decorated well, and the garden is inviting and interesting. Lots of helpful amenities to make the stay comfortable — big A!
Well-maintained older home in an historic neighborhood. Loved being able to walk to U of A. Clean. Property was as pictured. Great communication with host. Grocery store close by.
This is an amazing house in a great location. I lived in Tucson 20 years ago and I wanted to revisit for two weeks. This house was perfect for that. Quiet. Great energy. I could walk to Tumerico for great food. I plan to book again when I return in late February.
We loved staying in this charming house for our daughter’s graduation. It was a 12 minute walk to the stadium, even shorter to McHale. We took full advantage of not dealing with parking. Plus Safeway is just down the street.
The place was clean and as pictured. Beds were comfortable. The owner was very responsive. An excellent option in the Sam Hughes neighborhood.
Beautiful and tasteful home on a quiet street and only a mile to UA and 2 miles to the Convention Center. The owner was gracious and was eager to make our stay comfortable.Tastefully appointed interior accented with southwestern art and artifacts. We enjoyed cooking dinner each night and Safeway is a few blocks away. The grounds are pretty with native species abounding. The washer and dryer was handy to allow less clothes packing.
