We loved our weeklong stay here. The rainforest vibe and secluded pools and waterfalls were just the atmosphere we wanted, and the location away from the beach in a quiet neighborhood was as very appealing. We had a room with a garden and soaking tub that gave the place the feel of an expensive boutique hotel for a fraction of the cost. The breakfast included with our room was small but excellent, and we made good use of the bar's happy hour. Superb margaritas!

Amazing stay! The suite exceeded my expectations—huge space, super comfortable beds, and a spotless bathroom. The outdoor jacuzzi was a perfect touch. I had the best experience staying in this hotel. The staff were all super friendly - the best host was Frank at the front desk. He did absolutely everything possible to make sure we had a great stay. He was always willing to help out with anything I needed or any questions I had about the city. They were so thoughtful to even upgrade our room before we arrived! The restaurant at the property had the best fish tacos!

Ill never stay anywhere else again in Tulum. There's a reason this place has just high reviews. The location is perfect, the rooms make it feel like in jungle palace. But what made me write my 3rd review in life is how amazing they are at customer service. There were a few small issues in room. And a loud cat out back. What makes me a loyal guest forever is how they respond. They were so quick and on the, and nothing was too small an issue to them. The interior makes you feel so peaceful. And then I leared you even greet free access to their beach hotel also. Amazing!
