We booked a longtime in advance & booked 4 rooms at peak rates but still had the rooms at the very back of the hotel so was a long walk to reception & lots of stairs. The hotel rooms are very dated, the bathrooms were dirty, lighting was bad, some lights not working or flickering, aircon was musty. Was pretty disappointed overall & would not stay here again.

The worst experience ever…we been in this place but stayed in Villa but this time we booked room and it’s terrible…very old room, no towels for shower, very old bad and small, not hot water in the shower no pressure in the shower, they do renovation and the workers are starting with building work at 7:30am…extremely noisy….in overall old resort with old rooms, only villas are good

The only reason why I chose this hotel was because of its proximity to monkey forest as my husband was participating in a race there very early. We just stayed with our family for a night (Thanks God) and to be fair I must say we chose the cheapest fare option as it was only for a night. However, this place urgently needs a renovation everything about it is very sad. From the staff worn out shirts, to the bad maintained bathrooms. The rooms with different shades of paint trying to cover mold, and many other things that need improvement. If you are on a tight budget, and need a place to spend the night and really need to be close to monkey forest then go for it and maybe try a room with higher price range. Otherwise I would not recommend this place at all. The staff was nice and try their best, we got to sleep but the standard of quality of this place is very low. It urgently needs improvements and renovations.

Lovely haven in a busy town

Total chilled vibe around the pools, with service 2nd to non. Loved the fact the Monkeys visit in an afternoon and cause a little bit of entertainment by doing things like throwing the roof tiles onto the floor or just having a good nosey at what people are doing.

This place was good for the Money. Very friendly staff and helpful. They’ve got no idea how to clean the shower glass so looks very grubby but the rest of the cleaning was great. Very ordinary breakfast no real juice only cordial but what can you expect for $50 a night.
