Found it slightly difficult to find at first as the sign was hidden and it was dark. Great property and price. Clean and staff lovely

The photos do not accurately represent the property. Although a great central location it is overpriced for a rundown property where the roof leaks, water comes out of light sockets, water stops coming through in the bathroom and there is mould in the floors, furnishings and walls. Overall a total disappointment and will never stay there again

We had a fantastic stay at Graha Sandat. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, the location is just perfect, and the villa was gorgeous. We would very happily stay there again! Thank you.

We had a relaxed stay and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was great and the outdoor area was lovely. Some of the photos do not reflect the true condition of the property. Everything needs a coat of paint and varnish. Overall our visit was great. A central location with great walks to the local rice fields. Restaurants and local places to eat are close by the accommodation.

I liked the location it was easy to walk to the centre of ubud from the destination. The workers We are very kind and friendly. however The pool wasn’t very clean and my skin reacted to the chemicals in the pool. There was a rotting floor board next to the bed .the air-conditioner Did not work sufficiently. And the hot water only seem to be hot in the afternoons not the mornings.

I loved the property. Clean. Gigantic bath. Fantastic privacy for swimming in the birthday suit. Close to lots of eateries. Best tradional sauna for the ladies across the road.

This was a really nice property. I loved the the room was so large with it's own pool and stone bathtub. The wall behind the pool needs a good cleaning because it was very dirty and discolored. Also, the property doesn't have a restaurant which I didn't realize before booking so that was a huge bummer. No continental breakfast or food option like every other hotel I stayed at.

Die Villa liegt sehr schön in der Nähe von Ubud-stadt. Allerdings sollte man wissen, dass die Sauberkeit nicht ganz meinen Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Im Zimmer gab es Spinnennetze sowie Geckos und auch andere kleine Tiere. Für die Mitarbeitenden ist das wohl etwas Normales, daher wurde dagegen nichts unternommen. Wer also großen Wert auf Sauberkeit legt, sollte dies bei der Buchung berücksichtigen.

Great and accommodating staff, villa is only ok, bathroom reeks, i suspect because of the platic roof thats not cleaned and moss in the bathroom itself. The smell is faint but seeped into the villa as well.

Maison 3 chambres propre mais sans piscine

Maison très propre mais à notre arrivé grande surprise pas de piscine dans les maisons 3 chambres alors que sur le site c est écrit maison avec piscine privée, les piscines sont que dans les maisons 1 chambre donc très déçu, on nous a proposé de changé contre une maison une chambre c est très gentil mais à 5 c est pas possible
