The staff was so nice and accommodating Ria was amazing and always remembered to say hi and welcomed us in! The whole staff made us feel like family which made our stay and first experience in Bali a memorable one! The resort itself was clean and so was the room! The star was the buffet breakfast that was included in our stay it was probably one of the best breakfast buffets my husband and I have tried so far. I would 100% recommend staying here & we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Sutera Villa. The property is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was great. The only small downside was that the food at the hotel restaurant was alright, but overall we had an excellent experience and would gladly return.

Wake up to a stunning sunrise view from a room overlooking terraced rice fields. Enjoy a good selection of breakfast and a wide range of activities on-site. The only downside is its distance from the main entertainment areas.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided excellent customer service, especially Sang and Agus, who were always so kind and patient while chatting with my 7-year-old daughter. The hotel itself was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and overall, it offered a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Ubud.

All the staff were incredible and we felt very looked after. Rooms were lovely as were the pools. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well The only negative was the dining choices. One restaurant which food was good but would have preferred some more casual snack items. This was also quite expensive. Most days or evenings we got in a taxi and went to independent restaurants of which there are loads around. This was a great why to get out and see places and try new restaurants. Location was ideal for us and felt secluded, safe and private when on the grounds. We liked being away from the busy areas and was happy to take taxis to these areas when needed. Overall a very enjoyable stay

Amazing stay!

Absolutely loved our stay at SereS Springs Resort! From start to finish, everything was amazing — the staff were so warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself is stunning — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by nature. Our room was spotless, with lovely ambient lighting, daily fresh water bottles, complete toiletries, and the most gorgeous view of rice terraces in the background. It felt relaxing and happy the entire time. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal — tons of options, fresh fruits, juices, hot dishes, and attentive service. We looked forward to it every morning! The front desk staff always greeted us with a smile and were super helpful in arranging taxis and anything else we asked. Next time we’re in Ubud, we’ll definitely stay here again — no question. Can’t recommend it enough!

Breakfast was other worldly! Terrace views were great, and the staff even upgraded our room while checking in. Quiet resort with terrific amenities and nice pools!

It’s very private & peaceful, our room was overlooking the rice field.Team very helpful with a smile always.

We weren’t very happy here, I’ll start with the bad. The staff seemed a little unfriendly at times especially considering how amazing most Balinese staff are. We would ask for a pretty simple request and it would often be met with a ‘no’, for example to borrow a towel from the spa, to have a spare sarong delivered to the room… etc… The food was an absolutely diabolically priced!!! $38 AUD pre tax for a burger is absolutely insane. $34 for their signature Indonesian dish, which was nice but that’s more than I’d pay at home. The quality was okay, but not even very good. Massage was I think $120 an hour? I’m sorry but no… that’s crazy. Cocktails $18 but just not up to the standard you need to be at for $18 bucks. We got food delivered because the food was way too expensive and just not that nice away and the reception would kind of awkwardly laugh as if we were doing something wrong…? Just not a nice vibe. $8 for a cab into town, again that’s actually really expensive! I got a bluebird for $2? Just felt like they’re trying to rip you off. Weird with their taxi rules, but whatever. The interior furniture is over the top and quite tacky in my opinion but we all have different taste. The room was nice, and we got a free upgrade which was very lovely! But again the bath was weird you couldn’t lie down and had to sit in the middle or everyone would see you half naked. My

very comfortable place. Nice food and a lot of smiles by hotel staff. Facilities are new and well maintained. Swimming pool is fantastic but a bit too small to swim a distance.
