Nice, big room. Good location. Everything we needed for our stay. Just needed better communication from the staff on when the room was ready. Kept us waiting after everyone else got their rooms, even though we were standing right across from the desk. Had to ask to get into the room 30 minutes after regular check in time. No apology for the extra wait.

We have stayed there twice now (10/24 and 12/25) and have been delighted both times. Rooms are very large and well appointed, everything is spotless and the staff has been very pleasant. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to our next visit already!

Room tended to be too warm despite lowering heat temperature did have exterior window to open to let in cold air but no screen so didn't want to just leave open. We made it work. Staff were excellent!!! Super helpful for food recommendations, transit, etc. Our daughter enjoyed the puzzles in the lobby.

Our stay was nice. Most of the staff was great, especially the third shift night staff. Close to many things. We stayed the week of Thanksgiving. It is located about a mile away from the Parade route. Rooms were spacious. Housekeeping was amazing and on top of it every day. It was always nice to come back to our room fully stocked with toiletries, plenty of towels for our family of 5, and the beds made. The only downside is if you stay facing the road you will hear everything. Cars riding by, people screaming, cars honking all night. So bring earplugs just in case. Otherwise this place as great.
