The Franklin is where we prefer to stay in New York. The location is ideal, it’s a lovely building that’s charming with clean, well appointed rooms. What really makes it a pleasure to stay is the staff. Everyone was very kind, friendly and helpful. We’d particularly like to thank David and Amber for their good humor and excellent service.

Great staff!!! Nice, clean, comfortable room. Room was definitely small but the extra little touches made up for it. Quiet but convenient street that felt safe. No restaurant on site but plenty of places within walking distance and their in house 'store' was well stocked. Room was a little warm the first night but once the AC kicked in it was fine. Would stay here again! Really great staff!!!
