Omni - accommodation in Upper Marlboro

I stayed in the Diplomat Suite at The Hamilton Hotel for five nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. The internet connection in the suite was extremely unreliable and often unusable, which created significant problems because I was working remotely during my stay. On multiple occasions I had to leave my room and work from the hotel lobby just to get a stable connection. Housekeeping was another major concern. Despite staying for five days, our room was never properly serviced. We did not receive the level of cleaning and housekeeping support that should be expected during a multi-night stay, especially in a suite category. The location of the hotel is excellent, and the staff I interacted with were polite, but the combination of poor Wi-Fi and the lack of room cleaning significantly impacted the overall experience. For a hotel at this price point, I expected much better operational standards and guest service. I would not choose to stay in the Diplomat Suite again unless these issues were addressed.
