Our stay was very short, but the property had everything we could ever need. It was quite warm during our stay and we were missing the A/C, but opening the windows cooled it off enough to be able to sleep. We would definitely recommend this property to others in the future.

1) There is no instruction about how to get into the building. 2) The WIFI password provided is incorrect and no response to my inquiry. 3) Also It is so hot during summer yet there is no fan for both rooms.

Let me start by saying that the unit we stayed in was in the same building, but it did not match the pictures in the listing. It was a different unit with no balcony. Next, we were given multiple addresses (confusing) and the wrong WiFi password upon check-in and then the host instructed us to find the WiFi password in a place that did not exist in the unit after we messaged him. After another message about the WiFi, the host sent us the correct code and we realized there was a typo in the original message, which has apparently been sent out to previous guests, but never corrected. Attention to detail would have saved us an hour. A fob is not provided so my parents got stuck in the stairwell when we were checking in and you get one elevator use per code entry (which we were not told). The unit could not have been more bare bones. Most of the cupboards were completely empty and though it says it sleeps 4 adults, there were only 3 coffee mugs so I guess we were supposed to draw straws on who didn't get coffee each morning. We were each provided one towel (no hand towels or kitchen towels for cleaning up) and we bought paper towels after the one provided roll ran out during our four-night stay. The building is very well located in a nice neighborhood with access to Stanley Park. However, it seems there are many short term renters in the building as many people seemed to be waiting to get into the building behind us because they had misplaced their fobs or forgotten their codes.
