What a wonderful hotel! So close to the harbour and walkable to all the sites around downtown. The pool was a great way to relax and unwind after all the walking. We stayed in a Gold room and the access to the Gold terrace and all the amenities (breakfast and evening canapés) was superb and worth the extra cost.

The property was good, however getting worn and it showed in our room. When we pay $1000.00/night, everything should be fresh and new. The phone was also out when I tried to call the Vallet for our car. Staff were wonderful and we had a lovely stay. We will be back. Thank you.

The property itself is beautiful. I've stayed here a few times and was very disappointed that my requests weren't provided. The room was incredibly noisy. Dishes and clanging outside of our room started at 7am on a Sunday morning. I can't believe I spent almost $1,000.00 and was rudely awakened by dishes. Also had requested a bathtub which is a priority for me. Nope, didn't get it, sorry it was a choice, double bed with bathtub or King bed with Shower. As my partner and I didn't want to sleep in separate beds we went for the king bed. Incredibly disappointing and not worth the money that I shelled out to stay in a nice hotel.

We were upgraded to a beautiful harbor view! Wonderful room and very helpful staff. Problem first day with bathroom drain should have been identified during cleaning. Fixed immediately! Elevators we a problem. (Maintenance activities) ARC restaurant- mixed. Excellent dinner! So-So breakfast. Very good and friendly wait staff. Given the opertunity, we would stay again!

They said there was no reserved double bed and gave us a single bed. When we asked for a refund, the manager suggested that the three of us stay in a king-bed room at a cheaper price.
