One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!

The hotel is clean but the money grab was not appreciated. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights at a previous hotel for when we get to Vancouver but we did like it. At around 7:30pm I booked 2 rooms for one night at the YWCA through Expedia and because it was so late, I assumed it would be the dates for the next day, they promised to give the refund back for the night we missed because I did not realize that the dates were wrong until I got to the hotel. Hope you feel good about yourself for an honest mistake.

Our Rooms were nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk ladies that checked us in were both nice and accomodating as well as the helpful asian lady in the front desk in the morning. Our family were all happy with this hotel . Staff was great and helpful, the room was perfectly clean and orderly and comfortable. Shared bathroom was interesting but we didn’t mind at all. Super close to the casino and the event center. Absolutely will book again
