The hotel itself was lovely, the staff friendly, the kitchen amenities were great, but the parking is limited, the construction around the area was excessive, and the homelessness surrounding was unsettling.

The staff was incredible! Lisa at reception was exceptional went above and beyond with our check-in and check-out. Our room was clean, spacious and pretty sound proof. In room amenities were top tier inclding slippers which were surprisingly comfortable. They have rooms with private bathrooms and rooms that have a common washroom on the floor. Amenities for the Hotel included a gym, hot tub, Rooftop Patio, laundry (I believe it was pay per use) Tphe Building is a quick walk to BC Place and Rogers Arena. YWVancouver Hotel is such a good buisness model as they donate back to the community
