We used the check-in on line feature - provided ID everything - and that did nothing . We still had to provide all the information all over again upon check-in. Then they did not have the 2 x Queen we booked . IN fairness we were checking in about 6:30 - 7 pm - so late - however we thought we had " checked in " on line and "only had to pick up our keys" according to the email confirmation after the online check in. They spent a lot of time figuring it out . In the end they gave us the mega suite it was gorgeous!! Much appreciated the time and the upgrade !
