A Wonderful Stay at the Magnolia Hotel & Spa

We feel so lucky to have stayed at the Magnolia Hotel & Spa—it was wonderful. The hotel rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We visited with our mom and sisters, and everyone truly loved the experience. The on-site restaurant and bar were exceptional. I highly recommend having dinner there—the food was delicious and the atmosphere inviting. The bar was also a great place to relax. The lobby, while small, is cozy and welcoming, with a lovely sitting area and a fireplace that adds a warm and inviting touch. They also offer a fantastic coffee machine that serves coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, and tea—such a nice perk! The location is superb. It’s just a 12-minute walk from the ferry terminal and only 8 minutes away from the iconic Empress Hotel. It was also conveniently close to our car rental pick-up spot, which made everything so easy. What truly made our stay memorable was the service, especially Amy at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. Amy went above and beyond to ensure our visit was special. We can’t rave enough about her and the entire staff. Their customer service was excellent, and they made us feel so welcome. We loved everything about our stay and found the hotel to be very accommodating. I highly recommend the Magnolia Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Victoria!

Extremely comfortable and very friendly staff.

This was the most comfortable stay I had during my solo trip across BC. Though I only stayed here for a day, the staff were very accommodating and polite, and recommended some great places of interest during my stay. I will 100% be booking with this hotel again if I ever visit Victoria again.

This is my second stay at The Magnolia Hotel and Spa and it has become my place to stay while visiting Victoria. The staff is great. The hotel is in a great location to explore the city. Lots of great places to wine and dine in easy walking distance.

It was a perfect Basecamp. I was there for a meeting. Walkable to everything needed and certainly everything that is “downtown iconic“ to visit as a tourist. Really beautiful city and extraordinary hotel! Highly recommended!
