The building and amenities were super old. The sheets felt grimey, the headboards were busy, and windows were finicky. It was quite cold in the room and the heater didn't work well. It would turn off at random points throughout the day and night, and we were left freezing. The walls were thin and we could hear every conversation around us, including the staff moving furniture late at night and early in the morning. Some of the staff were quite friendly but often smoking directly in front of the building so it was hard to go in and out of the building without getting a face full of second-hand smoke. Location was good, and very close to nice food options and the train station.

Good location. Plenty of restaurants choices nearby. The room is ok. Staff very welcome,i didnt have a bad experience. Breakfast is basic but ok. The room had air conditioning but didn't use it as not cold or hot for the season. Overall im satisfied.

Out of 6 hotels we stayed at during our 2 weeks holidays, this was by far our favourite! The hosts went above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience! The hotel is small and has a very comfortable and safe feeling and is very clean! There is always someone at the front to greet you and provide anything you need. The location was perfect!

Loved this location. We had to leave a day early because of the transit strike. We would have not been able to get to our flights back to the us. Marko tried to make us pay for both days. Then finally just charged for one night. Very hard beds. But close to the train.

I actually had to miss a night staying at this hotel due to missing my transfer flight. The staff was nice enough to provide me a discount even though I couldn’t fully refund the night I couldn’t stay in. The amenities and hotel room is pretty standard. The only complaint I have is the noise because it’s not very soundproof around the other rooms. I can literally hear other people in other rooms talking on the phone without any privacy. It’s also nearby the bus stop to the airport (like 10-15min walk) so it’s pretty convenient if you have a lot of luggage brought over.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Cute little rooms. I was on the top floor with a balcony and it is tucked in an alleyway yet nice to sit out on in the evening to relax without the busy noise of the street.

Check-in was quick and smooth, staff were all friendly and helpful, room is a little small but very clean. Just a short walk from the train station, close to the main water bus station as well.
