Only gripe / complaints was the air conditioner ( cool unit ) it did not cool since 1) was not maintained , 2) exhaust hose has no outlet available and having window open for it defeats purpose. Other than that from retrieving the keys was a pleasure from a beautiful and helpful lady whom was very professional to leaving was Very VERY good.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, and the apartment was good. The smell of cigarette smoke was the immediate first impression, but thankfully, that dissipated pretty quickly, with some open windows. We used the fold-out couch and could not find the pillows the first night. We later discovered that they were hidden underneath the coach. FAQs, in English and Italian, would be a welcome addition. Perhaps a small binder on the coffee table. Best shower we experienced in Italy! That was a welcomed surprise!

The apartment has a great location in the center of Venice, with a beautiful view of the canal. You can walk to all the main sights, and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. But the apartment wasn’t very clean. I had to sweep the floor, the air felt stuffy, and the AC was dusty. There were spider webs in the corners. You can’t open the windows in the night because there are no mosquito screens, and I had allergy symptoms during the stay (I’ve never had it before). Pros: central location, canal view, full kitchen, cleaning supplies available Cons: not super clean, no fresh air, no mosquito screens, possible allergy

Property is dirty. Pick up key is terrible Property has only portable AC. But they did not install t. I have to open the window . I will not recommend this property. Better find another place

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The apartment with a canal view was very charming and was in a great location. There are only three negatives to mention. 1. Do not accept the pre-arranged water taxi offer. We had heavy bags and prebooked through them, thinking we would get a good deal. We severely overpaid. They charged 100 Euro (!) for a 10 minute ride, that still involved 5 minutes of walking. The overall walk was only 12 minutes. If you can’t make the walk, there are numerous water taxis available for hire day of for only 50 Euro. We felt scammed. Not a great way to start a vacation. 2. If you are above 6 foot tall, you will hit your head on the ceiling beams. My husband is 6’4” and had to walk hunched over the entire visit. 3. Mosquitos. Just be prepared.

Good location, helpful company

This apartment is located in a relatively quiet part of Venice. It is a short and lovely walk there from train/taxi/bus if you can handle going over several small foot bridges with steps. It was a good size for three people even while using the sofa bed. As may be common for homes in Venice, some things felt unusual and outdated at first but one accepts this as part of the unique charm of staying in this historic place. The rental company provided helpful directions to the anpartment and information about booking a locker for our luggage, and was quickly responsive to a problem with WiFi. Overall a comfortable and convenient stay.

Die Zusendung der Daten für den Empfang der Schlüssel holperte sehr und klappte erst während der Anreise. Appartment gut. Umgebung bestens. Unterstützung durch den Anbieter während des Aufenthalts sehr gut. Küchenausstattung mässig - 1 STUMPFES Küchenmesser - kein vernünftiges Schneidbrett.
