The kitchen is updated with stainless appliances, modern cabinetry, and all the essentials for meals and snacks. The bedroom features a queen bed, its own smart TV, and an en-suite bath with walk-in shower.
Additional perks include a washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, Bluetooth speaker, linens, and a collection of beach gear to make your stay simple and fun. Dedicated parking for one vehicle is also available.

-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees may apply at the rate of $400.00 per Month, and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking
-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total.
