This is by far the best home we have stayed in in Ventura. The kitchen, living areas, fireplace and hot tub all made us feel at home. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. While still giving it five stars, a few updates are needed. The mattress in the downstairs queen bedroom needs replacing badly, we could feel springs. And there are no blinds or curtains in that same bedroom, so you are awakened quite early anyway.

Unbelievable!!! Fantastic house, mountains to the right, ocean to the left. Plenty of space. Property managers responded within minutes of any request or questions. Many mornings we saw deer or sat on the porch and just enjoyed the quiet. We will definitely stay here again. Beds were sooooo comfortable.

Stunning Property and Stunning Location!!!

This home is pristinely beautiful and for the first time, I can say that the pictures (as pretty as they are) don't do this particular home justice. The open concept space has picturesque views, a beautiful fireplace and stylish finishings. I can't say enough about the kitchen which was a joy to cook in - complete with Viking fridge - and it looks out over the hills of Ventura. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all so beautiful. The home has a barbecue on the stunning outdoor deck which made it easy and fun to cook at home. The master bath has the most amazing rainforest shower and full size, separate tub. The walk in closet was spacious as was the Master bedroom and all of the bedrooms. The location is minutes from downtown, the beach, and hiking and biking trails. We rode all the way to Carpenteria one day and then took a quick (less than 30 minute) drive to Santa Barbara. There is no doubt that we will be returning. We loved EVERYTHING about this home.
