Room smelled like mildew. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall. Tubs were too high for a person with disabilities to use and no accessible accommodation could be offered. Rooms do not look as nice as the pictures. Upgraded rooms on level 3 - ask for a room on that floor. The pool was fantastic for kids. Location is excellent. Restaurant staff was outstanding.

Room needed an update of furniture and some outlets didn’t work- the pool/gym is also used by public who were rude to the kids while swimming, including young people running the check in at pool and handing out towels!! Fathom restaurant food and staff were outstanding!
