Great Easter getaway

Fast check in, room was ready early and we enjoyed the hotel amenities. Great location and the view of the harbour was nice. Also enjoyed watching float planes landing and boats sailing around. Life restaurant was great food and had good value for $$ spent.

Excellent service and fantastic overall experience. Location was close to downtown and very convenient. We loved the views from hotel's lobby and restaurant.

Me and my wife have gone here for years, im not happy to say our last 2 stays haven't been the best. The rooms are starting to look older and rundown. Our last stay was our 6 year wedding aniversary, our room had a joining door and a old tub and shower combo, we could here the family next to us through the door, wasnt very romantic. Luckily i called the front desk and they had another room. This room seemed older and not what we expected for out earlier visits. Staff is always friendly, parking is good. But the rooms need a makeover.

The towels in the room were paper thin. There was only ONE USB port!! Given the amount of technology people possess, this was very disappointing. The hair products were of very poor quality. The room was cold and sterile looking. For $400 a night I expected much better.
