The room was nice, but the window faced the loading dock so was awakened early every morning by the garbage truck, food delivery truck or linen truck. Paid $500 per night x 4. Thought I would have had a better room for that price. On Sunday night there was an event in one of the conference room which was two doors away. Extremely loud with people screaming and laughing. This went till 11 pm which seems rather late for this level of crazy noise. This room on the third floor should be priced different. Had some cocktails at Lure and had excellent service there!

Beautiful harbor view room walkable to downtown Victoria. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Property could use updates. Pool older. Some rooms still have bathtubs. Bedding thin, but clean. Pillows lumpy. First room poor view side harbor and request for front facing harbor view immediately accommodated upon request. Spa treatment was very good with Donika!

Our room wasn’t as clean as it should have been… the bathroom floor had dirt on it including some pink plastic bits, hair on the floor in the bathroom and room, plus other dirt on the floors. I didn’t say anything to the front desk as we were there for a night and had a very tight schedule. We checked out at 8am.

I recently stayed at Delta Hotels and spent nearly $700 CAD（$631.49+$27 parking， no breakfast） for what I expected to be a comfortable, high-quality experience. Unfortunately, the stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel felt more like a roadside motel than a reputable brand. The room was poorly furnished, lacking any sense of refinement or attention to detail. The decor felt outdated and basic, far below the standard I anticipated at this price point. Cleanliness was also an issue. I noticed visible dust in several areas, and it was clear that housekeeping did not meet acceptable standards. The bed was particularly uncomfortable—worn out and unsupportive, The bed creaks whenever I turn over，making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Super thin walls — you can hear everything from next door. Definitely not ideal if you need peace and quiet. For the amount I paid, I expected so much more. Sadly, this stay did not live up to the Delta name. I won’t be returning, and I would hesitate to recommend this location to others.
The way the towels were folded looked quite sloppy and unprofessional.

I had a room on the 4th floor. Several dogs barking non stop from different rooms late at night and early in mornings. Room had vinyl flooring and carried noise from hallway and adjacent rooms. Love this hotel and previous stays. But not this time.

Our room was spacious and well-appointed, and the view of the harbour was top-notch. The staff were always friendly and very helpful. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after some long days of walking the city. Proximity to downtown is incredible, a 10 minute walk to pretty much anything we wanted to access. The boardwalk/trail out front was wonderful for getting around and just getting outside. Will definitely be back!
