The hotel was fantastic and the staff was lovely to deal with! The food at the Ruby is amazing, always. Due to the hotels location it can be quite loud with traffic but that’s nothing some earplugs can’t fix.

This was a great place for our family. We had a sweet suite- slept 6, small kitchenette. Perfect for a little stay. Grandma's basement was awesome for my teens (and for me, who am I kidding!) we really loved it!

The Chuck E. Cheese of motels.

We really liked the retro room decor, and a lot of function was packed into a small space, but the space was really small. If one person is in the separate toilet, the other person can't be in the kitchen area because they would be hit by the door opening. Nowhere to put your luggage. Pink lights are cool until you actually want to see. The main complaint we have is this is basically a daycare centre. Rafts of young children playing on the walkway outside your room without adult supervision. They call this a hotel, but it is a motel and you have to schlep your gear up two flights of exterior stairs whilst navigating around the kids running to the waterslide. Parking was extremely tight.

our room was very clean and comfy..being right by the busy street was not a problem as we slept soundly...even though left the sign to clean and it did not get done, I was able to get some clean towels and tp from front desk....
