The room was very nice and clean. That was not the issue. I had to endure 4 hours of absolute mayhem as police had to subdue, handcuff and arrest a guest from the room next door. The paper thin walls made it feel like I was in the same room. These things happen. I understand that. But the staff did not have the presence of mind to check on me and perhaps move me to another room. To add insult to injury, other guests were partying in the hallway. the noise and disturbance was unbearable. I had to call down and have them send security. My stay was completely ruined. I had to calmly make a complaint and they begrudgingly refunded 1 of my two nights. I don’t understand how they think that was good enough to make the problem go away. It would have been a very small price to pay to ensure I was was taken care of and to do what was necessary to care for a guest.

Loved that the room was clean and bathroom was updated. No weird smells, and got to check in early as the staff was super helpful! Also loved that the bar is connected and we got coupons! Will definitely be back for our next trip into Victoria!

Nice and clean. Super helpful and friendly staff. Convienient location and parking.The only fault was that there was a big gap under the door to the hallway, so it was very loud when people went by. I noticed that some of the rooms had this gap and some didnt. However, i would still stay here again
