First time I stayed at this hotel and found it to be best location for a hotel , staff were very helpful , the information/ concierge lady , I think her name is jade was so helpful with everything… even helped me with visa processing for another country . Highly recommend this property

Amazing welcome by the the team at Hotel Grand Saigon. We had to leave our other booked hotel and the team turned around our booking in minutes! After our booked hotel stressful experience - Hotel Grand Saigon gave us the opposite - friendly, beautiful hotel, amazing rooftop bar experience and wonderful pool -when we arrived the stress left our body immediately. We would recommend staying here!

"You get what you pay for. There was no mention of the breakfast having to be taken in another hotel, and it was a very underwhelming spread. But the staff as with all of Vietnam were kind and helpful."
