Room was clean. Shower had great water pressure. Very pleased that the room also had hot water almost instantly! The man at check-in and check-out was super nice and friendly. Even had snack bags for us! Only complaint was the parking lot was kind of small and hard to park. Would come back for sure!

At 10am the day I was supposed to arrive, they ran my credit card, it declined, and instead of contacting me to see if I would be using another payment, they instead canceled my reservation WITHOUT TELLING ME they were cancelling. I DID NOT receive a text message, phone call or email of their decision to cancel. Instead, I found out at 9:00pm when I finally arrived that they had canceled and I had to find another place to stay. I will NEVER make another reservation at a Best Western every again.

Average quality room. Shampoo and body wash cans in the bathroom were empty. We asked for refill but it came at an awkward moment next morning when we were getting ready to leave. Cleaning staff seemed having trouble understanding English.
