For any issues with your unit once you check-in, you will go directly to the front desk and let them know of anything wrong with the unit. The resort maintains the units for the owners, so they handle all of the upkeep an cleaning for the units. Any issues with check-in, I am local and am available to fix any problems!
Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc upon reserving a unit/week, prior to receiving confirmation of reservation.
Property shall be available to the Tenant for the full duration of the lease except as stated HERE: “The Resort” (The Colony Condominiums) makes every effort to prepare all units for occupancy at the stated check-in time. However, in some instances it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the unit has been properly cleaned. Tenant understands and agrees that there will be no rebate or discount for such late occupancy.
