This motel had good and not quite so good. The good was an easy check in then a very comfy bed and great internet. The not so good, the hot water was scalding hot so be careful, the room we had was clean but needed some serious love and update. For the price it was suitable for one night.

Gone are the days when a travelling rep could order a meal and breakfast and stay in. Even though the signage out the front states there is a restaurant. Lacks personality these days. Apart from that, nice place to stay I will be back.

Hotel was ok ,did find some cockroach’s in my bathroom. The TV wasn’t that easy to use ,when trying to watch Foxtel (wanted me to pay ) I’ve though it was free .

Room was very clean. Shower was good. Check in was smooth and quick. Convenient location to walk into the main commercial area. Unfortunately the bed mattress was very soft and needs replacing. It made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.

I like the access and convenience but on the night I stayed, the tenants in the room next door were louder than any I'd ever heard before until well after midnight Its not all about me so I understand a reasonable level of collateral family noise but this was way beyond and was easily heard around teh site beyond the rooms so I'm wondering why management didn't at least ask them to dial it down. It can be unsafe for other tenants to do that. The facilities were good, clean and easy to use so I'm sure another night would have different tenants. It was just unusual and I probably rack up 20 motel stays a year.

i was staying in room 7 and on arrival i was unable to access my room on arrival , the manager could not open the door with the correct key i had to wait in the carpark in the cold for over 25 minutes until a new manager got there with the correct key , could not really speak english i was unable to understand what he was saying , all i could see was that the key he had would not open the door, and when the second manager got there all she did was smile and say "very sorry" terrible customer service , the room was very cold and musty the bed had very limited blankets and was extremely uncomfortable the mattress in the middle had collapse and your body sunk very deep into the mattress i ended up sleeping in the single bed, the shower was very dirty soap scum on the glass, only half a roll of toilet paper , not a great overnight stay at all
