Gatornationals retreat with pool

Fantastic house located 16 miles to Gainesville Raceway making it a perfect place for Gatornationals week. This 3 bedroom 3 full bath home has a heated screened pool with hot tub and even a dock leading to Lake Santa Fe. Bring your boat or racecars (room for relatively large trailers but I wouldn't suggest a full semi as turns would be too difficult). This house is practically new and as close to the racetrack as most hotels. Outdoor kitchen with grill. Separate 1/1 available on lot if wanted.
The space
Master bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a full bed and 3rd bedroom has bunk beds with full on bottom and twin on top. Dining table seats 8 as well as seating for 4 at kitchen bar. Pool area has table for 6, 2 lounge chairs, 2 adirondack chairs and a couch with seating for 4.

Dock is on a canal that leads to Lake Santa Fe, one of the premier watersports and bass fishing lakes in North Florida. There is plenty of depth at the dock and a short 500 foot ride to the lake. I've kept my 23' ft Key West on this dock many times.

The property has easy access if you're towing a trailer. Racecars and boats welcome.

Also available is a sepatate 1/1 on the same property at an additional charge.

2.2 acres are completely available for your use. Boat dock and kayak launch dock are both on site. 2 single person kayaks with paddles and life jackets available for your use.
