Fantastic location

A very nice hotel in a beautiful location. The outdoor seating areas and pool are very nice. The room is spacious and it was great to have a balcony to sit out and look at the amazing views, the bed was uncomfortable. Under staffed for breakfast so left waiting for coffee and fresh food. Do be aware that the chapel bell rings on the hour all night.

Staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights on a motorbiking trip, bike was parked safely. Rooms was great with a fab view of the lake. Food was delicious!

The property was lovely but we specifically asked for accommodation with a restaurant and when we arrived they told us that the restaurant is closed on a Monday. I think that that should be made clear when you are booking. We would have chosen alternative accommodation.

Our stay was memorable and beautiful. We loved the balcony with a view of the lake. Also really enjoyed swimming in the pool and the lake. Perfect location for the Rose Festival. The room was cozy and had nice amenities like coffee and water. Breakfast was excellent with many options. I highly recommend the Beau Rivage for a relaxing stay away from the crowds of Lucerne.
