Hotel is great! Room was clean and well maintained. Staff is great very helpful. Breakfast is good. To my surprise even the shampoo and conditioner were wonderful, I am hispanic left my hair soft and shinny! Our only dislike and discomfort were the pillows, they're flat and almost nothing in them and with the bed being very firm the pillow is needed.

Staff was courteous but inefficient. We had arranged an early check in and two suites together. We arrived at 2:40 and had to explain it all again, 3rd time after two previous phone calls. We waited 30 minutes to be able to check in to only one of the suites until later
