Overall: wonderful. Caring staff. Only issue is big. Most people are cancer patients at the hotel. Very close to Sloan-Kettering. They put perfume air in the common areas and it is very problematic for people with nausea. Pls. Get this feedback to them. They will loose customers. Small issue: pls get some firm mattresses. Thanks
