I’ve stayed at the Baymont many times and have always found it to be a convenient, good-quality option close to my company. However, when I recently tried to book another stay, my experience with Beverly (a tall dark skin woman) was very frustrating. I had to call five different times, and each time she gave a different reason for not taking my reservation, saying the computer wasn’t working, that she was too busy, or asking me to call back later. Her tone came across as dismissive and unhelpful, and there was little effort to resolve the issue or assist with completing the booking. As a repeat guest, I expected a more professional and courteous experience, and this interaction left a very negative impression.

Some of the outlets didn't work. I needed some towels and I had to call twice the front desk cause they didn't bring them to my room the first time. I like the hotel, just be on top of the room. And the lights on the bathroom mirror didn't work either.
