Well, as far as my stay was fantastic, however, I had an issue with a third-party booking and for some reason, I had two bookings for two rooms. I would like to say that the nice person who receive me was very helpful and was able to give me my room. Also, the young lady at checkout was very helpful as well and pleasant was able to adjust the reservation. I still have to deal with just wanna make sure that I get my funds back from the charges on the first booking that was canceled. I have a hard time talking with chat as opposed to a live person to communicate a little clearer.

The staff were friendly, the room was great, the bedding was really comfortable, the amenities were excellent. The only thing we didn't like was the VERY loud large party going on in the ballroom until after 11:00 pm, but that's to be expected on a Saturday night. The hotel has to make money, after all.
