Room service only one night on a four night stay. Ice machines in the entire building don't work. Breakfast from 6:00-9:00 am on Tuesday morning didn't have any food at 8:20 am. Asked at the front desk, and the answer was, I have no idea. Wound up going to a local diner. The place sucks

Room was fine but when traveling with 2 little babies, we called ahead to ask for pack n plays they said they could accommodate, when we arrived they told us they had none. Secondly we asked for 1 extra blanket, they said they were sold out. They couldn’t accommodate an extra hour for late check out which would have been noon. It just seemed they provide less than the bare minimum.

If you are expecting the overall hilton experience with the hampton inn brand this is not the one for you. The staff here is not the problem. They are excellent and they seem to really care. I don't feel they are provided. The full spectrum of support from corporate to allow them to conduct business as it should be under the Hilton brand.
