This was a reservation for 4. The sofa bed was terrible. Stopped using it after the first night. Slept on sofa with chairs as ottomans. Table had 1 leg that was very loose. Kitchen sink knob was loose and floppy. Toilet flusher constantly "stuck". The view of the air conditioning units was terrible. Couldn't see none of the surrounding area. Amount of space for a "Suite" was way too small. Breakfast was disappointing. Eggs were terrible. Sausage was rubbery. I conveyed all this to the lady who checked us out but while she was apologetic, she told me there was nothing she could do since I made reservation thru 3rd party. I didn't believe that. Room was not worth half of what I was charged and the fact I wasn't even offered a courtesy discount really left me feeling ripped off. I will NOT BE RECOMMENDING this establishment at all. Call me if you wish to discuss further.

The front desk staff who name was Brandy check me in when I arrived. Once in my room i notice it was not the room that I paid for. I proceeded to go back to the front desk and address the issue when I told that since I booked through a thrid party I receive whatever room they have available. Which I dont understand since I am giving a choice of rooms to choose from. Even if this is the case I asked her why didnt she inform me when she was checking me in that my room had been changed at that point i was told she cant see what type of room I booked , my name or my payment information. At that point I chose to end the conversation because I felt like I was being given false information. I would never stay at this hotel again from the way this was handled.
