The lady who worked today I wish I know her name at front desk was amazing, respectful and very knowledgeable! The hotel is wonderfully located in walking distance of multiple restaurants, stores, and a movie theater. Empire Casino is also minutes away. The location and parking are great. The restaurant has a bar with espresso available till midnight, but outside of the in-room coffee or coffee maker, there is no complimentary coffee usually found in other hotels. Rooms were spacious and clean. Front staff and breakfast satff was super friendly. The fitness room is fully equipped and has a Pelaton bike. The only thing wrong was the sound of the heater? or something similar that sounded like a plane was landing ever 30 minutes in our room. Outside of that, it was a great experience and great stay.

Checked in at midnight the ladies at the desk were so nice polite and very nice to nonverbal autistic son who is 10 and was having a trouble being away from home they suggested great sensory ideas like the yoga ball in the gym and made accommodations. 10 out of 10

Always a Great Stay!

My stay was good! The ONLY frustration I had was how loud the air/heat was. I made the decision to freeze as opposed to putting the heat on because it would overpower the tv. Other than that I love the location, the breakfast is always good and the staff is always courteous and friendly. I also love the option of leaving cash for incidentals.
