Unfortunately there was an issue with the water in the room above me which resulted in noise at 5 AM, water on the floor of the bathroom and the water being turned off in the room until 7 AM.
The front desk person said that I had booked through Expedia and so there was nothing he could do to reduce the rate charged or anything else.
It would be up to Expedia to do something.
