At firstvwe struggked to find the hotel...due to our own ignorance, not following directions properly. We we tbtobthe first hotel to check in then down the road to the hotel we we had a room reserved. The room was lovely , clean, well equipt with everything we needed. The kitchen was amazing, fresh milk for us, cereals and tea and coffee for us to have use of free. Tge kitchen was also free for us to use, all appliances and pots, pans and cutlery. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Gut für einen Kurzaufenthalt in der City. Direkt in der Innenstadt, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Allerdings ist es auch ziemlich hellhörig und laut. Bett sehr komfortabel.

Günstige Möglichkeit in der Stadtmitte zu übernachten mit einer gut funktionierenden Klimaanlage. Einfahrt zu den Hotelparkplätzen in der Tiefgarage zu eng und somit für die großen Autos nutzlos, Toilette ist im Flur. Sonst ok.

Praktisch war die Dusche auf dem Zimmer. Toiletten und Küche war sauber (Zimmer auch) und Personal (Service und Rezeption) sehr freundlich. Toilette war auf der anderen Seite vom Gang und man braucht Code für die Toilette und dann wieder Code für den Zimmergang. Was ich total ätzend fand, dass rauchende Gäste im Servicetrakt am Fenster geraucht haben. Es hat trotzdem in den Gang reingequalmt und auch in fie Zimmer. Der Rest war total in Ordnung.

Reception ist im 5. Stock die Strasse weiter oben, der junge Herr war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Mit viel Gepäck mühsam. Türen öffnen sich mit verschiedenen Codes. Auch wenn du aufs Klo musst, Code nicht vergessen! Hatte 2 Zimmer gebucht. Ausstattung ok. Dusche im Zimmer. Wc im Gang. Das eine wurde gereinigt und Bett gemacht, meins nicht.. Handtücher etwas alt. Bett roch nicht frisch und eine Seite etwas weichgelegen.. Alles in allem ok, wenn man nicht empfindlich ist und die Zeit draussen verbringt. Lage zentral!

Die Zimmer des Hostels sind wirklich sehr einfach eingerichtet. Alles auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Matratzen weich und durchgelegen. Man hört den Straßenlärm. Die Gardinen lassen morgens in der Frühe Sonnenlicht durch. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Gut war lediglich, dass die Zimmer und Toiletten sauber sind und man eine gute Anbindung im Wiesbaden hat.

Obwohl mitten im Zentrum gelegen, hörte man kaum Lärm von der Strasse. Etwas umständlich ist, dass die Toilette außerhalb des Hostels gelegen ist und so zum Eintritt ins Hostel der Geheimcode benötigt wird.

Personal radikal weggespart

Die Luisenstrasse ist leider laut wg. des Verkehrs. Wenn man im Sommer mit offenem Fenster schläft, hört man den Verkehr abends u. morgens wieder. In der Küche habe ich mich verloren gefühlt, weil ich nicht wusste wie die Kaffeemaschine funktioniert. Ich hab auf den Kaffee verzichtet. Die Toilette ist im Gang hinter einer Tür, die man anschliessend mit einem Code wieder öffnen muss. Unbequem, wenn man nachts mal muss. Die Reception kann man nur anrufen, die Person sitzt in einem anderen Gebäude. Man kriegt niemand zu Gesicht. Na gut... gemütlich ist anders. Morgens wusste ich dann nicht, was ich mit dem Schlüssel tun sollte. Auf meine SMS an die Reception keine Reaktion. Personal radikal weggespart. Schön ist das nicht. Dafür sehr zentral, erreichbar zu Fuss vom Bahnhof. Dafür unschlagbar günstig.

La calefacción de la habitación no funcionó en ningún momento de mi estancia en el hostel. A pesar de comentarlo con la persona encargada, dieron la callada por respuesta. La ducha tampoco funcionaba correctamente. Es la segunda vez que he estado en el hostel. La primera estancia, hace varios años, fue muy bien; la última ha sido fatal.

- schneller, unkomplizierter Self-Checkin mit Zugangsdaten im Vorfeld via SMS - über Aufzug angenehm erreichbar - schöner, tagheller Gemeinschafts- / Frühstücksraum mit Wi-Fi und guter Auswahl an Müsli/Tee/Kaffee zur freien Verfügung - Möglichkeit im Gemeinschaftsraum zu arbeiten (Steckdosen, Wi-Fi, ...) - super zentrale Lage mit vielen ansprechenden Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung - gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr, ebenso viele Taxis im Umfeld (auch via Uber buchbar) - trotzdem nachts ruhig - Zimmerausstattung mit Einbaudusche, bequemem Bett, Heizung, Waschbecken, frischen Handtüchern, Spiegel, Fön => alleine schon jede Menge Gründe für das Hostel und zudem noch hinsichtlich Preis-Leistung sehr gut aufgestellt Sicherlich wieder, wenn ich geschäftlich in Wiesbaden sein sollte :-)
