My disappointment

My stay at the hotel was very comfortable and pleasant. The day before I left the hotel, I paid at the reception for my stay at the hotel in cash and even asked the clerk not to charge an additional payment through the credit card that was given only for security purposes. Of course, the clerk approved it, but to my disappointment, today I see on my credit card charges a charge of over 350 euros for my stay at the hotel. I would like to cancel the charge immediately. Thank you.

Very nice hotel .. large rooms ( for Europe) clean and modern. Very friendly and accommodating staff Walking distance to the train station. Short cab ride to great shopping and restaurants. Some in walking distance as well but the more desirable area was a little further away.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It's conveniently close to shopping and dining areas, making it easy to explore the local attractions. The on-site parking was hassle-free, and the friendly staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The updated lobby is modern and inviting, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Not perfect but does the job!

Staff is always good. Breakfast is always amazing. The room was a little warm and didnt get cool but it was a warm day and everyone probably had on a ac unit. The bathroom was fairly clean but the whole counter was full of dust that was noticeable. Dont know if it was overlooked by the cleaning department or not which would be a shame since the counter top takes up a great percentage of the bathroom. The hotel is still modern with the older woode style furniture but the mix of up to date items helps keep this spot one i will come back too. Perfect for a couple days or overnight if your looking for qualrity accommodations with some upscale qualities.
