Hotels with a Gym in Wiesbaden

I had a very bad experience with Hyatt Place Frankfurt Airport. I booked 4 rooms through Hotels.com and later cancelled the bookings as per the cancellation policy. I also received cancellation confirmation from Hotels.com. However, the Hyatt staff is not accepting the cancellation and is still asking for payment for all 4 rooms. Additionally, an amount was deducted from my credit card without my knowledge or approval. I am extremely disappointed with the way this issue has been handled. The hotel staff was not cooperative or humble during the discussion, and I did not expect such poor customer service from Hyatt. Thanks

We booked this hotel at the Frankfurt airport because we had a early flight home, and picked it mainly for the location. The price of the room was excellent and the room was gorgeous, clean, had big fluffy towels, great shower pressure, and the best hair dryer. The beds seemed stiff at first, but we all slept so well. Will stay there again.
