Mauvaise expérience

L'hôtel n'est un 4 étoiles que sur le papier. Les fenêtres ne peuvent pas s'ouvrir, les fenêtres et les rideaux sont sales et la clim est très bruyante. Suivant les chambres, les sanitaires ne sont pas en très bon état (traces dans les WC, robinetterie difficile à faire fonctionner). Cet hôtel nécessite une rénovation importante. En raison d'une panne du réseau électrique importante (dès 16.45) et de très longue durée (lendemain dans l'après-midi), nous avons dû dormir dans des chambres non climatisées et sans électricité (heureusement que nos smartphones étaient encore partiellement chargés et avaient une fonction lampe de poche!!!!, sinon cela aurait été limite dangereux pour se retrouver dans une chambre noire, surtout pour des personnes âgées) et sans eau chaude. Le lendemain, le petit-déjeuner compris dans la réservation, n'était pas disponible en raison de la panne qui n'était toujours pas résolue (panne due à un problème du fournisseur d'électricité). Aucune alternative proposée par une réceptionniste peu aimable et totalement dépassée par la situation (réponse donnée: débrouillez-vous). Enfin, après plusieurs interventions, nous avons pu changer d'hôtel pour la deuxième nuit réservée. Nous avons l'impression que le personnel à la réception ne savait pas comment gérer un situation de crise et nous n'avons vu à aucun moment un manager!!!!

This is an excellent hotel staffed by cordial, anxious-to-please, efficient staff. The rooms are pleasant and clean, quiet, with a desk for writing/computer work. It is difficult for me to fault anything.

A cause du covid 19, je pense que l'hôtel a été mal entretenu, et la réception a eu du mal à me trouver une chambre habitable: d'abord une où l'air conditionné, impossible à arrêter avec des fenêtres condamnées, donnait une odeur de brûlé, une autre avec une autre odeur de moisi, difficile à éliminer car le réceptionniste n'avait pas de bombe désodorisante !!

Excellent one night stay

Booked one night to attend my daughters Dodea Cheer European Championships. Convenient location (10 minutes to the arena). Friendly check-in. Breakfast buffet choices were plentiful and delicious. They have a self-serve cappuccino machine which made breakfast perfect! If I had to stay in the Wiesbaden area again, I'd stay at NH Hotel.

Vielen Dank, es war sehr schön

Ich übernachtete 1 Nacht im NH-Hotel. Der Check-in war hervorragend, 2 junge Leute die sich wirklich viel Mühe gaben meinen Zimmerwunsch zu erfüllen u hinterher sogar auch noch den Fernseher reparierten! Toll! Vielen lieben Dank! Die Betten sind ganz wunderbar, Bettwäsche hat mir ebenfalls gut gefallen. Schön war auch der kleine Balkon und die Vorhänge zum abdunkeln. Im Zimmer gibt es einen großen Kühlschrank, auch toll 👍. Mein Zimmer hatte auch eine große Badewanne 😊. Das Hotel hat vor dem Haus auf der Straße diverse Parkmöglichkeiten oder auch für 10 € große Parkplätze in der Parkgarage unter dem Hotel. Einzig allein das Frühstück fürr 22 € finde ich doch etwas sehr viel, alles andere wunderbar 👍

The hotel itself was nice, but the air conditioning was not working properly and when I went to tell the manager he didn’t seemed concerned.. I had two rooms because my family was a family of 6 and both rooms were the same way.. The air was out on 16 degrees Celsius and the room temperature stayed at about 25-26 degrees Celsius.. I was offered another room, went to check the room the room was the same.. It was very uncomfortable with the weather hovering over 100 degrees Fahrenheit.. And also there were no washcloths to wash your body with.. I mean overall the hotel was pleasant..

Das Hotel hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich Im Flur total verdreckte Teppiche Im Zimmer zusammengewürfeltes Mobiliar Fenster seit Jahren nicht mehr geputzt Den Balkon bräuchte man auch nicht betreten Das Geländer hatte schon Pilzbefall, zudem fehlte dort sowieso eine Sitzgelegenheit Einzig relativ neu waren das Bad . Zu Fuß war die Innenstadt in einer guten halben Stunde zu erreichen .

Needs renovation

Overall it’s just ok, not terrible but could be so much better if following problems would be addressed: “Tired” 70s hotel that needs renovation. Room was well cleaned, however hall, elevators, windows, carpets and hotel exterior were not clean. Room has nice balcony overlooking park - but door is permanently shut, no window opens and noisy air conditioner doesn’t cool.
