Clean and comfortable rooms. Service from staff was great. Especially the staff during the evening /night shift. So friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was lacking variety. Missed not having proper tea! Otherwise overall a good stay in a cute town.

We had a GREAT stay at Trailborn Grand Canyon. It's a pleasant little hotel. Very friendly staff. Everything was clean and updated inside. Fairly priced. And the $10 daily food/beverage credit is a nice touch. Conveniently located. We would highly recommend to anyone. And will definitely be back, I'd say this is absolutely one of the best hotels in Williams.

Started out rocky checking in . The hotel was overbooked and we were not able to check in on time 4pm. We checked in at 520pm. The room itself was nice clean and cozy. Need bigger trash cans in room and maybe an iron n board . Not many options for breakfast.

Breakfast options limited, all carbs and no non-pork options. Bottom floors in hotel suffer from upstairs noises at night when people walk around. Good location for visiting Grand Canyon, railway and other local sights. Only 1/2 hour to Flagstaff. Cafeteria doubles as game room that keeps kids entertained, though darts boards were closed down in late 2025.

It was wonderful to enter late at night to be greeted with your name. Dana was very helpful and made sure our accommodation was met. Her efficiency was superb and the check in was painless. She even made sure that we got our room credits for drinks and food. All the youth that we brought were raving about how great their room was. Thank you for such wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel for those who are traveling to Grand Canyon.
