While the room could have been cleaner—we noticed several stains on the couch and bath towels—it was perfectly adequate for a quick 24-hour stay with our pets. All things considered, I would rate our stay a 6.5 to 7 out of 10. Great pet friendly place! Plenty of grass area to walk your dogs. My husband and I visit Williamsburg often to go to Busch Gardens with our mini doodle, and we always stay here. Decent breakfast, but very tiny coffee cups. Elevator is super slow, so we normally take the stairs. The staff has always been super friendly, and helpful when needed. Overall, they do a nice job of keeping everything clean. Definitely could use some updates and repairs in certain areas, but we always enjoy our stay.

Was skeptical to book at this hotel at first because of previous reviews but I took my chance as some of the recent reviews said good things about the hotel. This is my first time bringing my dog with me on a road trip so I was worried but I have a very pleasant stay. Room is very clean, no bad odor, front desk was very friendly and attentive. Location is nice and quiet and only 7min from Downtown Williamsburg and an hour from Virginia Beach.

The property was under construction and had lots of machinery in the parking lot. The room did not have any wash clothes or towels in it when I arrived. Noone answered the service line, so I had to go to the front desk to get the items. The property has great potential. Breakfast was good.
