Best Western - accommodation in Winter Haven

Nice and clean!!

We stayed for 7 days 6 nights. We are a family of 4. The hotel is great for families especially for young children. They have great amenities and the location is great only 6 miles from magic kingdom. I would rate the hotel with 5 stars but the staff is not friendly. The staff from the restaurant out by the pool are the worst. In one occasion I simply asked for ice and the girl working the early shift gave it to me with an attitude. The convenience of having Walmart across the street is also a plus. I would probably stay here again simply on location and the fact that they maintain it clean.

The family style breakfast was amazing! We were actually impressed & surprised... The rooms themselves were good. Kind of small, but it worked. The pool area was fun, but not as lively as the main pool area at the main hotel. We enjoyed our stay & would recommend to others looking for a discounted option on-site to enjoy all Legoland has to offer.
