Huge deck to over look the lake. Enjoy your own basketball court , your own private sandy beach in the yard. Fish from the yard if you so wish. Swim all you want with your own indoor private swimming pool with toddler landing.
No unauthorized parties. Property zoning does not allow bonfires.
