Room smelled like cat pee the second we walked in. No joke…overwhelming smell of cat pee. Tv didn’t work. Wouldn’t even turn on, and every time we came back to the room the key wouldn’t work and we would have to walk to office to reprogram. Crickets in room that chirped all night keeping us up…after 3 nights we tracked down all 3 and took care of that problem ourselves. We were there for the Ryder Cup. Great location, but for $500 a night (totally raised price for the Ryder cup crowd, motel room normally wouldn’t cost anywhere near that) certainly expected more. Very disappointed. Would never recommend this motel to anyone…dirty and old…and broken down

There was a roach in the bathtub. Needs updating! Floors are saggy. Iron did not work. When we were leaving on Tuesday we stopped in to get the breakfast. The man at the counter was in sweatpants and must have been sleeping. The breakfast was not available. Still in boxes on counter. Coffee was out so we told him and he said oh and just sat there. We asked him to change it and he said in a minute. When he finally got up he dragged his feet and took his time.

Room was relatively clean. The floor was carpet and almost felt wet (probably humidity). The front desk staff was very friendly and available. Walls are far from soundproof so if you have a neighbor, be prepared to hear everything that goes on in their room (and expect them to hear every move you make as well). Location felt very safe and there was plenty of parking. For the price, would stay again.

Arrived 9pm. Same girl as before at front desk. Zero personalty. Told me hotel was sick out. Our room was absolutely unacceptable. They said it was a double bed. It was on a twin box frame. The floor was saturated in some kind of slippery product. The bathroom was absolutely filthy. The towels smelled of fried food. I will absolutely never return to this location would I ever suggested to anybody

Our door was at some point broken into. You could see daylight around the door. Instead of replacing the door the just put paint on it and tried to make it look fixed.

WORST experience ever!! Our room was dirty. Found roaches in room. Floor unswept. Hairs in tub. A gap in flooring between sink area and toiled/tub area looked like it was filled with dirt. Safety lock on outside door had been repaired and hanging. Anyone could have easily kicked in the door. Toiletries left at sink look like they had been used. We fled this place.

I was quite surprised with the front desk service. I seemed to be interrupting her evening by patiently waiting for her to check me in. She was rude, but I don't think she even knew that even me asking her where she was pointing too she had an attitude it was my first time and she saw my id was from out of state. No worries I won't be back.
