Kept awake by the fan in the bathroom which seemed to operate on a timer after the switch was turned off. Also the shower continued to drip after turning off and the noise could be heard in t h e bedroom with doors closed.

We have stayed at this property before and like the convenience of it for visiting family in Rangiora and exploring other nearby places; Waikuku, Pegasus and the local beaches. Even though it is situated on SH1 there is no real road noise and with the motorway is an easy drive into Christchurch City and the airport.

The staff were fantastic and super friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only thing I would change is that they had a 3 in 1 body wash in a dispenser in the shower. Would have preferred separate body wash, shampoo & conditioner.
