My son and I just got back. Had the most amazing time ever. If you are going, make sure you get your reservations for the al acarte restaurants. Buffet food was subpar. The Mexican restaurant was outstanding. (Try to get Gustavo and Josue as servers, they are amazing!!) The Italian restaurant was outstanding ( ask for Santos Pech, outstanding!!)

Very helpful staff and a great place to stay with options for all ages. Small maintenance issues with room appliances. Buffet food is good but we felt it could be a bit better, particularly with more seafood options. The other restaurants were great but you need to make reservations in advance

We had a delicious breakfast each day at the Maya Beach Buffet, with exceptional service from Sylvia and Yarela, on the outside patio. We had memorable meals at different à la cartes, all of which were great and fun to try. We took part in activities at the Caribe pool in the day and had great lunches at the grills by the beach. We loved being on the beach and at the adults only pool and had no trouble finding loungers each day. Can’t wait to return!
