Windows and skylights abound in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath charmer; enhancing your Oregon Coast experience whether you’re soaking up the sun or reveling in a dramatic storm.
Enjoy the sound of waves lapping at the shore as you read a novel in the living room or snuggle in the king bed. Drink in a gorgeous sunset from the deck while enjoying your favorite cocktail. Walk the few steps to the dedicated stairway leading to an expansive sandy beach where your kids can build sand castles while your pups frolic in the waves. If you’re feeling adventurous, explore the historic 804 trail to rocky coastline, tide pools and the bar at the Adobe Hotel (less than a mile away). The house is “one back” from oceanfront - the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and deck offer wonderful ocean views.

The beach home was bright, cozy, and clean. It was a real treat to view the ocean and beach from the house. The beach access was a bit of a challenge however, we felt lucky to be so close. Fenced back yard was a great feature so we could let our dog play fetch. The kitchen was stocked with a great variety of cooking pans and tools. Beds were comfy with bathrooms conveniently close by. We were very impressed with this wonderful beach home.

Been coming to this house since 2013? Has changed owners a couple times, always a great stay. Started with my elderly parents , great to have handicap access. No my friends and I. Comfortable for anyone. Noticed the updates, love the new counter tops, backsplash, cabinet color, electric fireplace, fenced yard and the furniture rearrangement! (Refrigerator ?) Great changes.. I’m sure we will be back. Thank you

Yachats Vacation

Very pleased with location. Very close to beach and short hiking trail. Other great beaches and scenic locations only a short drive away. We really appreciated the fenced yard since we had a dog with us. This house completely met and exceeded our expectations.

George’s favorite vacation spot

We’ve visited several times over the last few years and are always very happy with our stay. Our yellow lab, George, always votes for the Spencer House when we’re discussing possible options for a quick getaway. Although he’s getting on in years and can no longer swim into the waves like he used to, he still manages the stairs to the beach well and begs to go for a stroll several times a day to look for driftwood and dip his paws in the surf. My husband, daughter and I love the fantastic view and find the house very comfortable but...really...it’s all about George! I would suggest only one thing to improve the experience for the humans in the family: You may want to update your entertainment center. Can’t imagine that your cassettes are getting much play these days. Maybe you could get Wifi so we could play our own music on various online sources? You could then do away with cable tv and guests could use online apps for television and movies as well. Thanks again for a wonderful stay! And George thanks you!
