The hotel was next to Yokohama train station which made it very convenient to travel to and from. We did have trouble finding the correct exit on the first day. Look for the North Exit and from there, look for the North East exit A. There are escalators & elevators near North East exit A so don't worry if you have luggage. The entrance to the hotel faces the train tracks. We stayed in the deluxe twin room which faced the train tracks. We could hear the trains running but we were so tired it didn't bother us. The trains started running in the morning around 5:30am. We enjoyed the wide single beds and sofa. I appreciated the pocket doors to the toilet and the one that separates the washroom from the bedroom. Having a separate wash room from the toilet was helpful. We didn't purchase the breakfast plan so I can't comment on their breakfast. Besides Beck's coffee shop being in the lobby, there is also a Family Mart in the lobby. In the next building there is a Pronto coffee shop. Staff were patient, helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel. They even provide ear plugs!

Hotel is 120 m walk from Yokohama station northeast exit. We stayed in connecting rooms on the third floor on the train track side. The rooms were typical for a Japanese business hotel, but adequate for a short stay. We never heard any noise from above, below, or from neighbors, though I'm unsure how full the hotel was. We saw and heard the multiple trains coming and going, which our little one enjoyed, but maybe not if the noise bothers you. We hardly heard car traffic from inside the room. They had coin operated washer/dryer combo on the 2nd and 6th floor. The machine didn't dry very well and an extra dry cycle was necessary. Beds were not hard or soft, just right. There were plenty of outlets around the beds. AC worked well in relatively warm days in November. Fridge was the typical tiny hotel fridge. CAT5 was available. I didn't use the WiFi. The staff was kind and supportive. Looks like they spoke multiple languages. Closest 24/7 convenience store is adjacent to the hotel, with a doorway from the lobby leading into the store, 6:30a-9p Beck's Coffee also adjacent to the hotel with another doorway from the lobby leading into the shop, with numerous restaurants within walking distance. Hotel provides no parking. There are some paid parking lots nearby.

Overall a good place to stay, convenient location with easy access from the Yokohama bus terminal ( YCAT - for bus from Narita directly) about 8minutes walk , and 2 minutes for JR Yokohama station and Yokohama city metro station and Minatomirai line to the shoreline parks ( Ferris wheels, Chinatown). The place is clean with good service staff, cafe shop on the first and a Family Mart . Only complaint - the hotel is right next to train tracks so every morning between 6-9:39 you will hear very noticeable/ loud train noises.

Check-in was smooth, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near Yokohama Station, and the room size is adequate for a solo traveler. This was a lovely hotel for our last night in Japan. The staff helped us book two taxis to the airport which turned up on time and were very reasonable in terms of price. The rooms were great, but the proximity to the railway lines does mean there is quite a lot of noise until very late, and then starting again in the early hours of the morning so ear plugs are helpful. There were loads of free toiletries in the lobby which you could help yourself to which was a lovely touch. The hotel is right next to a Family Mart which was convenient for a cheap breakfast in the mornjng..We'd stay again if in Yokohama.
