There is a large 50 inch smart TV for all of your viewing and streaming needs. You'll need to login to your own Netflix account though. The space is equipped with fast Virgin WiFi and custom lighting controls, allowing you to set the perfect mood for every moment.
The kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, fully fitted with a dishwasher, microwave, DolceGusto coffee machine (guests will need to buy their own pods after the initial one's run out) , kettle, toaster, and even an airfryer for healthier cooking options. Entertaining is made easy and enjoyable with these modern amenities.
As you step through the kitchen there is a convenient downstairs bathroom located at the end, near the back door.
FIRST FLOOR
The first-floor bedroom offers a sanctuary of relaxation. Here, you'll find a king-size bed, large smart TV, and additional mood lighting to create a cozy atmosphere. All fitted with beautiful plush grey carpets throughout. The adjacent bathroom is complete with a bath, shower, toilet, and wash basin, ensuring all your needs are met.

Ascend to the second floor and discover a spacious loft conversion, offering plenty of light and you can see the bar city walls!. Only just though. This open space is not only perfect for a restful night's sleep but also provides ample storage for your belongings.
EXTERIOR
Here you'll find a large open courtyard that is perfect for those summer evenings to unwind and enjoy a drink or two outside. There's seating here for 4 with some new tables and chairs to use.

There will be some complimentary tea/coffee waiting for you which we are sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey! Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll, which will last a couple of days.
Managed by a professional co-host of different platforms, this property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.

CHECK IN Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
PARKING There is currently no parking at the property. The closest car park is just around the corner on Nunnery Lane.
KEYS The keys are kept within a key safe and the code will be provided 24 hours before check in. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
